Let’s Lock Lips with Vial™ Primed Lip Primer. This moisturizing, color-free primer was designed to provide immediate hydration and lock Vial lip shades onto your lips using better, naturally based ingredients. Our formula features fermented desert date oil, which, along with its lightweight feel and easy absorption, reduces feathering on lips while providing long-term hydration. Primed functions like double-sided tape, locking in moisture while locking long-wear Vial Lip Shades onto your lips for a fierce, sexy look that lasts.
For your most fierce lip, pair Primed Lip Primer with a bold, long-wear lip color.
Position 1: Get Primed
Cover clean, dry lips side to side and top to bottom with a thin layer of Primed. Let it dry until you feel a soft, slightly tacky texture (about 30 seconds). Think of it as double-sided tape to lock your lip color.
Position 2: Fierce Color
Apply a thin layer of Vial Lip Shade to lips, using the tip of your doe-foot applicator to detail corners. Let it set for a moment, then blot any excess.
Position 3 (optional): Top It Off
Add a little shine with an optional Vial Topper to enhance your look. They may reduce wear, but look fantastic
