Rice is totally nice. Prep your skin with this face toner formulated with clarifying rice extracts, soothing purslane, and hydrating niacinamide that work to brighten and improve your complexion.

Shake well before use. Apply to a cotton pad and swipe across clean, dry face avoiding eye area. Use after cleansing and before serum/moisturizer.
